right before her address of a joint Arizona Legislative Session, in preparation for her confirmation hearing scheduled in
Washington, D.C. As President Obama's new Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, she assumes broad
responsibility over the third largest U.S. Cabinet Department. Dr. Ed Valenzuela's role as a Senior Policy Advisor
to the National Association of Hispanic Federal Executives and founder of National IMAGE; a National Hispanic Government Employees
