Chaplain Miguel Gomez Acosta has been serving as the Maricopa County Chapter Chaplain since April 2007.  His previous volunteer chaplain experiences include King County Youth Detention in Seattle, WA; Echo Glenn Children's Center in Snoqualmie, WA; and Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.  When not serving those who serve and protect, Chaplain Miguel is in full-time ministry at Mision Luterana de San Pedro in Mesa, as well as full-time husband and father to his family.
