Estella Cervantes is the Executive Assistant of the Highway Patrol Division for the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).  She has over 15 years experience at the Executive level with DPS.  Estella also has seven years of service with the federal government and five years of records management/analytical experience with US Airways (formerly America West Airlines).  Estella has served on the State Executive Board holding various positions since 2005.
