Lou Espindola has been associated with the NLPOA since its inception in Arizona in 1999.  Prior to that, he was a member of the Brotherhood of Mexican American Police Officers.  Lou Espindola is retired from Phoenix PD and is currently employed as a Special Agent with the Arizona Department of Gaming.  He has been on the Maricopa County Board holding various positions and is past Maricopa County Chapter President and past West Regional National Vice-President.
